Skill Development Program – Grade 6

Details:            The skill development program offers grade 6 participants an opportunity to learn forearm pass, set, serve and attack skills and also develop a basic understanding of team play, positional play and strategy. Each week will consist of a skill day on Tuesday and a game day on Thursday.

Date:               Tuesday September 12, 2023 to Thursday November 23, 2023

Eligibility:        All students / genders in grade 6.

Participants:    14 participants

Schedule:       Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Queensborough Middle School (QMS) Gym, and

                        Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Ecole Glenbrook Middle School (EGMS) Gym

Cost:                $175 gst included

Includes:          Facility costs, insurance, equipment, first aid, coaching (training and checks)

Additional:      Appropriate athletic footwear, suitable for indoor gyms, is required.

                        Knee pads are recommended.
