Team Tryout Preparation Session

Details:            The tryout preparation session offers participants an opportunity to learn about school team tryouts, build their confidence and advance their individual skills. The session will focus on forearm passing, setting, attacking, and serving.

Date:               Monday September 4, 2023 (Labour Day)

Time:               1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Location:         Queens Park Sportsplex

Eligibility:        Students planning on trying out for the following school teams this September:

                                    Grade 8 female team

                                    Grade 9 female team

                                    Grade 10 female team

Participants:    16 participants

Cost:                $25 gst included

Includes:          Facility costs, insurance, equipment, first aid, coaching (training and checks)

Additional:       Appropriate athletic footwear, suitable for indoor gyms, is required.

                        Knee pads are recommended.

                        A liability waiver is required to be signed by the parent / guardian
