Adult Summer Sessions

Program:         Adult Summer Sessions

Details:            The adult summer sessions offer participants an opportunity for exercise and enjoyment, playing some volleyball. Each session will follow a similar structure of 30 minutes of warm-up and 1 hour of game play. Games will start promptly at 9:00 pm.

Date:               Friday July 7 to Friday August 25

Eligibility:        All genders over the age of 18. One court will be designated for less experienced players and the other court for more experienced players.

Participants:    22

Session days:   Fridays 8:30 to 10:00 pm @ the Queens Park Sportsplex (7 session total)

Total cost:       $15 (includes gst)

                        The City of New Westminster has funded a portion of this program through the 2023 One Time Small Grant program

Includes:          Participation in all 7 sessions, facility costs, insurance, equipment, first aid

Additional:       Appropriate athletic footwear, suitable for indoor gyms, is required.

                        Knee pads are recommended.
