Each session will follow a similar structure of 30 minutes of warm-up and 1 hour of game play. Games will start promptly at 9:00 pm. \n\n\n\nDate:               Friday July 7 to Friday August 25 \n\n\n\nEligibility:        All genders over the age of 18. DESCRIPTION:The skill development program offers participants an opportunity to learn and refine their individual volleyball skills (forearm pass\, set\, serve\, attack) and also develop an understanding of team play\, positional play and strategy. Participants will be split into groups based on skill and comfort level. Each group will experience appropriately loaded drills and skill coaching to best build their confidence and technical ability. Each week will consist of two skill days (Tuesday and Thursday) and one game day (Sunday).
