Program:         Youth Development Program – Grade 6

Details:            The development program offers participants an opportunity to build on their individual foundational skills of forearm passing, setting, attacking, serving and blocking and also continue to develop team play, court positioning and strategy skills. Each week will consist of a skill day on Tuesday and a half skill day / half simulated play day on Thursday.

Date:               Tuesday April 2, 2024 to Tuesday May 28, 2024

Eligibility:        All students / genders in grade 6

Participants:    14

Sessions:       Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Queensborough Middle School (QMS) Gym, and

                        Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Ecole Glenbrook Middle School (EGMS) Gym

Cost:                $130 (gst included)

Includes:          Facility rental costs, insurance, first aid, coaching (training and checks)

Additional:       Appropriate athletic footwear, suitable for indoor gyms, is required.

                        Knee pads are not required, but recommended.

                        A liability waiver is required to be signed by the parent / guardian
