Skill Development Program – Grades 6 – 8

Details:            The skill development program offers participants an opportunity to learn
forearm pass, set, serve and attack skills and also develop a basic understanding
of team play and strategy. Each week will consist of a skill day and a game day.

Date:               Tuesday September 22, 2026 to Thursday November 5, 2026

                        14 sessions

Eligibility:        All students / genders in grade 6 – 8

Participants:    24 participants

Schedule:       Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Queensborough Middle School (QMS) Gym, and

                        Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Ecole Glenbrook Middle School (EGMS) Gym

Cost:                $150 gst included

Includes:          Facility costs, insurance, equipment, first aid, coaching (training and checks)

Additional:       Appropriate athletic footwear, suitable for indoor gyms, is required.

                        Knee pads are recommended.
