Program:         Skill Development Program

Details:            The skill development program offers participants an opportunity to learn forearm pass, set, serve and attack skills and also develop a basic understanding of team play, positional play and strategy. Each week will consist of a skill day on Tuesday and a game day on Thursday.

Date:               Tuesday September 10, 2024 to Tuesday November 5, 2024

                        15 sessions

Eligibility:        All students / genders in grade 6 – 9

Participants:    14 participants

Schedule:         Tuesdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Queensborough Middle School (QMS) Gym, and

                        Thursdays 6:00 to 7:30 pm @ Ecole Glenbrook Middle School (EGMS) Gym

Cost:                $140 gst included

Includes:          Facility costs, insurance, equipment, first aid, coaching (training and checks)

Additional:       Appropriate athletic footwear, suitable for indoor gyms, is required.

                        Knee pads are recommended.

                        A liability waiver is required to be signed by the parent / guardian
